Charles River has been conducting toxicology studies for almost 40 years and offers the complete range of studies required for agrochemical registration worldwide. Having experience with all the mammalian species used for toxicology testing, we perform studies ranging from single dose acute (including oral, dermal, irritation, and sensitization tests) to short-term and long-term (including carcinogenicity) studies. All routine routes of administration are available, as well as specialized routes (e.g., inhalation).
We offer a range of genetic toxicology studies, including the in vitro Ames test, chromosomal aberrations assay, mouse lymphoma assays, the in vivo rodent micronucleus assay, Comet assay and in vitro mouse micronucleus assay.
We also offer the full range of reproductive and developmental toxicity studies required for agrochemical product registration.
