Now Available: Discovery Biomarker Services to Support Drug Discovery and Development
Jan 15 2013
Biomarker assays and readouts are important decision-making tools in drug discovery, from target validation studies to candidate selection. Since biomarker assays are a component when studying mechanism, efficacy, bioavailability, liability and safety considerations, the ability to measure with high accuracy and sensitivity is essential in making critical go/no-go study decisions. From early drug discovery to post-IND studies, Charles River provides in vivo and analytical services and support to perform studies and analysis in both non-GXP and GXP environments.
With years of experience in assay design and sample processing, Charles River Discovery Biomarker Services provides biomarker analysis via clinical pathology and molecular and immunoassay testing platforms for in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo samples. We provide qualified and validated biomarker assays, and can also develop customized assays to accommodate multiple therapeutic areas and sample matrices. In addition, Charles River offers in vivo capabilities spanning the drug discovery pipeline with the robust expertise that you need to ensure the best science for your study design.
