Cell Banking Services

Cell Banking Services incorporate validated assays that support the development of Master and Working Cell Banks and/or limit of in vitro cell life for production in the following expression systems:

• Mammalian - murine, hamster, and human
• Microbial – bacteria and yeast
• Insect

Cell Line Characterization

The characterization of Master, Working, and End-of-Production (EOP) Cell Lines and/or limit of in vitro cell life require validated assays for production.  Charles River offers these assays in the following expression systems:

• Mammalian - murine, hamster, and human
• Microbial – bacteria and yeast
• Insect
