Clinical Services Northwest

Formerly Northwest Kinetics, Charles River’s North American Clinical Services site is in Tacoma, Washington, conveniently located 20 minutes from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and approximately 5 minutes from one of Tacoma's major trauma center hospitals. Located in a built-to-suit 90,000 square foot facility, this Clinical Pharmacology Unit offers advanced technological abilities and a full range of services for both short- and long-term Phase 0, I, and II trials. Our state-of-the-art facility includes 250 beds, a fully-equipped sample processing lab, and ample areas for storage of samples and CRFs. The facility also includes on-site dedicated monitor rooms. Furthermore, Charles River Clinical Services Northwest was the first Clinical Pharmacology Unit to achieve Mortara Certified Partner Status. This collaboration with  Mortara Instruments will help refine cardiac safety data collection and monitoring in early stage drug development.
