This webinar will discuss the incorporation of ocular endpoints usually reserved for ocular-specific studies into GLP general toxicology studies, either at the request of the regulators or due to effects observed in previous studies or known compound class effects. Examples of these endpoints include tonometry (intracolular pressure), electroretinography (ERG), optical coherence tomography (OCT) and augmented histopathology.
