A: When you apply online for a particular job, a copy of your resume/CV is attached directly to the position for the recruiter and hiring manager to review. In addition, your resume will be searchable in our database by all recruiters within charles river. This means you will be considered for the position you applied for in addition to other opportunities that may match your qualifications.
