Veterinary Pathologist II

This position is responsible for performing macroscopic and microscopic tissue evaluation and interpreting assigned studies; assisting with necropsy supervision and perhaps even conducting necropsies, including gross pathology interpretation, sample collection and fixation; entering pathology findings in data capturing system(s); writing comprehensive report narratives detailing all test article effects; providing training, technical guidance and leadership to laboratory staff; interacting with clients to assure satisfaction; providing scientific expertise for experimental design and other aspects of research studies as needed; serving as a study director or principal investigator as needed; and serving as a consultant in pathology-related issues as needed.

The Corporate Senior VP of Corporate Development is responsible for directing the global corporate development function, which includes an active merger and acquisition practice; evaluating, identifying and pursuing a wide variety of strategic business opportunities, mergers and acquisitions that are compatible with the company's long-term goals; leading and participating in the development of joint ventures, market opportunities, mergers/acquisitions and monitoring technology developments; assisting with the development of long-range global strategic plans for the company by working with the Senior VP of Corporate Strategy.
