BASIC PACKAGE

• Immunization*
  Immunization of 3 BALB/c mice with 4 injections within 3 months; initial screening and evaluation of serum titer by ELISA

• Fusion
  Spleen cell preparation from animal with the best response against the antigen, fusion, distribution of hybridoma cells into 96-well plates, screening of hybridomas - 10 plates total

• Analysis
  Detection of specific antibody in culture medium, ELISA with 1 antigen, delivery of 20 culture supernatants of hybridoma cells with the best response against the antigen; cultivation of 5 positive clones, delivery of 5 vital or cryopreserved clones

*If no animal produces sufficiently high titers due to low immunogenicity of the antigen, the production process can be ended here without further costs.
