You need to ensure that your lab analysts are performing LAL tests accurately to maintain the integrity of your product. With over 15 years experience and more than 350 participants across Europe, the Charles River Proficiency Test Program (PTP) can provide you with a confidential quarterly audit of your LAL analysts to ensure internal quality assurance, verify method and report validation, and identify trends and possible training needs.
Our program is open to any LAL user wanting to verify working procedures though an external source. PTP is confidential, secure, and conducted in accordance with EP regulations.
Procedure
Participating analysts test a blind sample provided by Charles River. After testing is complete, a web interface allows users to submit results directly. The analysts’ methodology, results and report are then examined for accuracy in accordance with EP and USP regulations, and a confidential report is provided back to the laboratory with detailed results from the audit.
