colony maintenance & development

Having the necessary space for all of your animals is often a challenging aspect of managing a genetically engineered rodent colony. Our genetically engineered colony breeding and maintenance services allow you to outsource your labor-intensive animal production, while still maintaining complete control over your colonies. Each project that we supervise is assigned a dedicated project manager who becomes responsible for overseeing the colony and directing it according to your objectives. You can have as much or as little day-to-day interaction with the management of the colony as you desire. Our staff ensures that your animals will be delivered to you within a timely and efficient manner, in quantities you specify, when you need them for your research.

Animal Welfare - All animals in our care are tended to by dedicated, highly trained animal care technicians
Isolators - We house all genetically engineered animals in isolators to provide the highest level of biosecurity possible

All animals in our care are tended to by a committed, experienced animal care staff to ensure that their welfare is kept in the highest regard. Further, we employ a group of veterinary technologists that observe, record, and report any abnormalities noted in the colony to help further characterize your model and allow you make the best colony management decisions possible. These groups, combined with your dedicated project manager, form an invaluable team you help you manage your project(s) and accelerate your research.
