We know that internal histopathology capabilities vary greatly from facility to facility. We can offer you the flexibility of outsourcing any part of the process. Whether you need complete histologic evaluation of tissues from sample collection through slide interpretation, or simply want your fixed tissues embedded in paraffin wax and returned to you, we can help.

Our lab is overseen by ACVP board-certified veterinary pathologists, and offers custom protocol design and rapid report turnaround. Prices are quoted on a per study basis.
The Health Monitoring and Histopathology Laboratories also design and conduct customized necropsies based on protocol requirements as part of a rodent phenotyping or experimental study. The various phenotyping services available include blood collection for hematology and clinical chemistry testing, and body and organ weights, plus gross examination with routine or specialized collections and production of hematoxylin and eosin stained glass slides for microscopic interpretation.
