Endosafe-PTS Service Programs

We are proud of the Endosafe^® -PTS and warrant that the reader will be delivered in a functional state, free from defect, and will meet specifications for one year. The warranty period will start on the date of shipment from our facility to you.

During the warranty period, we will repair the PTS instrument at no charge for parts and labor. We will provide a loaner instrument. You will only be responsible for freight charges associated with the return of the instrument and the loaner.

Annual Calibration Certification

The factory calibration certified at the time of shipment is valid for one year. We offer an annual calibration certification service. To request this service, please notify us 60 days prior to the end of the calibration period.

Extended Warranty Program

The Extended Warranty Program is available for purchase during the initial one-year warranty period. The Extended Warranty Program extends the services available during the initial warranty period. You have the option to:

Purchase a four-year extension to the Initial Warranty (a total of five years)
Purchase a one-year extension annually for up to five years from the initial date of shipment. A one-year renewal can not be honored if there is a gap in warranty coverage anytime in the five-year period.

On-Demand Repairs

If after the warranty period, you want us to service or repair the instrument without the benefit of one of the above Service Programs, we will perform On-Demand Repairs at a cost based on parts and labor.
