Endosafe®-PTS™ BCA for Rapid, Easy Protein Determination Now Available

The Endosafe®-PTS™ BCA is a fast and easy portable test system that yields quantitative, reproducible protein results down to 25 μg/mL in 20 minutes. Rapid protein testing with the PTS™-BCA is in line with the FDA's PAT initiative.

The PTS™-BCA system utilizes an archived standard curve so no preparation of standards is required, eliminating this time-consuming and technically challenging procedure and freeing researchers to address other important laboratory research projects.

With the PTS™-BCA, protein in a sample is quantified easily with the system's handheld spectrophotometer and disposable test cartridges pre-loaded with precise amounts of BCA reagents.To perform the assay, just insert 25 μL of sample into the wells of a disposable cartridge, insert the cartridge into the reader and press enter. A pump moves samples through the cartridge and the optical density of the reaction is measured. Results for each sample are displayed on the screen and can be printed or downloaded.
