Optimized to save you time, our new submission forms have been redesigned with you in mind – our fillable PDF forms help eliminate the hassle of handwriting and save you time. Simply download the appropriate form from our sample submission page and type in the necessary information. Then just print, sign, and submit the hard copy with your samples or animals.

Would you like to save even more time and stay organized? Sign up for our Internet Laboratory Information Management System (ILIMS), a free and secure online health data management system. Not only can you complete fillable submission forms in ILIMS and receive your health results via email, but you can also print labels for sample collection and submission, create schedules to accession samples automatically, and archive and summarize your historical health data.

To ensure that your samples arrive safely at our laboratory, we provide complimentary International Air Transport Association (IATA)-compliant shipping materials. Filter-top animal shipping containers with Transgel® are provided to offer a protected environment and sustenance for the animals during transport. We supply insulated sample shipping boxes to allow for the greatest protection against temperature change, as well as sample collection materials (such as vials and swabs).
