JAX® Mice Strain NSG Now Available through Charles River in Europe
March 19, 2010 - The Jackson Laboratory and Charles River have expanded their current agreement to include marketing, sales and production through Charles River in Europe for JAX® Mice strain NOD.Cg-PrkdcscidII2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ (stock number 005557), commonly known as the NOD scid gamma (NSG) mouse. The breeding colony will be located at Charles River's facility in the United Kingdom and will be produced to Jackson Laboratory standards to serve the needs of the biomedical research community across Europe. The NSG mouse will be added to Charles River’s unique portfolio of immunodeficient models.
