Expanded Non-GLP Rodent Pharmacokinetic Services Now Available
March 31, 2009 – In response to the growing demand for non-GLP pharmacokinetic (PK) studies, Charles River Discovery and Imaging Services has expanded its rodent PK offerings to better meet our customer’s needs. Quick study initiation and various dosing regimens and administration routes are combined with bioanalytical support for both small molecules and biologics to rapidly identify and optimize your potential drug candidates.
Whether you have only one compound or a library of compounds requiring drug metabolism assessment, Charles River can design, conduct, and interpret the in vivo PK/ADME components of your program as part of our streamlined non-GLP screening services. Our rapidly expanding portfolio now includes bile-duct cannulated rat ADME studies as well as continuous infusion of rats followed by blood sampling.
