Introducing the CORE (Collection of Oncology Research Experiments)
The CORE is an online library of publications designed to help you find the most appropriate research model for your oncology cell lines. Learn more...
Because of the challenges inherent in researching and developing anticancer therapeutics, it is critical that you have the right tools and resources available to you. To facilitate your selection of the most active agent and the most appropriate dose regimens, Charles River offers years of oncology research experience in providing high-quality animal models as well as unsurpassed drug expertise in testing a variety of anticancer agents in a broad spectrum of in vitro and in vivo models, including human tumor grafts, syngeneic, orthotopic, angiogenic and genetically engineered. Our models can be augmented with the use of imaging technologies.
Other services we offer to help you with the anticancer drug discovery and evaluation process include combination chemotherapeutic and radiation therapy, neurotoxicity, cachexia, biomarker assessment, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
