ORIGIN
This strain was created in the laboratory of Pr. Richard Locksley, Department of Infectious Disease, University of California San Francisco- HHMI, United States of America. The IL-4-IRES-eGFP (4get) reporter mouse displays a normal expression of the endogenous IL-4 gene and an intact function of effector T cells. Monitoring of IL-4-expressing cell trafficking and sorting is achieved through the eGFP expression detection.
