Program management is offered, as required, to clients preparing to run a program or project, multi-study, and/or multi-site package within Charles River. Program managers serve as your primary point of contact within Charles River and facilitate the workflow for the entire team. Every program manager has access to all Charles River scientists and experts for assistance with studies requiring additional support throughout your program. Your program manager helps manage your entire program at Charles River starting with contractual procedures and continuing through study conduct, data analysis, and regulatory document preparation. Differing levels of program management are available depending on your needs and the scope of your program.
