Charles River offers USDA-licensed Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, Mycoplasma meleagridis and Salmonella pullorum antigens for serum plate agglutination (SPA) testing. Our plate antigens have been standardized against reference antigens and known positive and negative sera. These licensed antigens are valuable tools for monitoring flock health and complying with regulatory requirements.

This antigen is a suspension of killed, stained WVU1853 strain of Mycoplasma synoviae (MS) for serum plate agglutination (SPA) testing of chicken flocks.
Salmonella pullorum Antigen

This antigen is a suspension of five (5) killed, stained strains (4, 11, 77, 79 and 296) of Salmonella pullorum for serum plate agglutination (SPA) testing of chicken and turkey flocks.
 

Positive and negative control antibodies are available for MG, MM, MS, Salmonella polyvalent (Groups B & D) and Avibacterium haemophilus (formerly HPG).
