At Charles River, every project, regardless of scope and complexity, is assigned a dedicated project manager. Having this dedicated individual allows for a deeper understanding of the goals and challenges each line may have and ensures requests are taken care of promptly. It is each project manager's goal to become an integral part of your study team, an extension of your internal efforts and a valuable partner in your research.

 

Our newly implemented Internet Colony Management (ICM™) system allows for real-time data sharing through a two-way, web-based communication portal. Other features include:

  • Real-time data sharing among animal care and project management staff and customers
  • A two-way, data-rich customer portal to share information and direct colony and animal requests
  • Extensive filtering and sorting capabilities to quickly navigate to the data you need
  • Data export to Microsoft® Excel® to allow for custom data manipulation
  • 360-degree data flow to ensure accuracy, confirm task completion and manage colony goals
