Our speed congenics program, Marker-Assisted Accelerated Backcrossing (MAX-BAX®), can deliver a fully congenic colony in only 15 months, saving up to a year and a half in colony development time. This service utilizes a custom-designed 384 SNP marker panel that looks at single nucleotides at 7 Mbp intervals.
