CVN Mouse

CVN Mouse | Tg2576 Mouse | Scopolamine-Induced Amnesia Model

The CVN mouse (APPSDI/NOS2 KO) provides a new tool for Alzheimer’s disease (AD) studies.

The mouse exhibits behavioral deficits as well as biochemical hallmarks of AD during aging. There is a marked inflammatory component in this mouse compared to the Tg2576 line, and amyloid plaques and insoluble amyloid beta are detectable in mice at 9 months of age.
