We have implemented pulse sequences for localized 1H-MRS, enabling quantitative determination of metabolite concentrations for neurochemical profiling and treatment response assessment in vivo.
MR spectroscopy can be applied to longitudinal studies in both rats and mice. Data is processed using LCModel, and clients receive the analyses as absolute metabolite concentrations.
