Accugenix® Sample Submission Information

An Identification Request Form (IRF) must be completed when you send your sample shipment to the Charles River Accugenix® laboratories. Completing the Identification Request Form through our Accugenix® Customer Web Portal is the easiest and preferred method for sample submissions.
