Human P2X2/P2X3 Purinergic Receptor Cell Line

The human P2RX2 and P2RX3 genes encode P2X2/P2X3, aheteromeric ionotropic ATP receptor that functions as an ATP-activated cation channel cation channel expressed in CNS and dorsal root ganglion neurons. P2X2/P2X3 receptors expressed in neurons are therapeutic targets in treatment of pain.
