Human TASK-3 Two-Pore Domain Potassium Channel Stable Cell Line

TASK-3 is a two-pore, K+-selective channel that provides a background potassium conductance. The human KCNK9 gene encodes the pore-forming subunit of TASK-3. TASK-3 channels expressed in the CNS stabilize resting membrane potential and are therapeutic targets of inhalation anesthetics that act as channel openers.
