Learn how to move from discovery to clinic with your CAR-T and cell therapy programs.
Join us for a lunch & learn in South San Francisco on October 17 to learn how to move from discovery to the clinic with your CAR-T and cell therapy programs, toward successful IND.
Chris Murriel, Principal Scientific Advisor in Discovery Oncology at Charles River, will present recent case studies on how we contributed to IND-enabling efficacy and safety studies in support of first-in-human clinical studies for an industry leading client developing next-generation rTCRs and CARs for cancer immunotherapy.
Sawsan Youseff, Director of Immunology and Immuno Oncology of Distributed Bio will present on the SuperHuman phage display antibody discovery platform and share case studies on how SuperHuman was used to accelerate CAR-T discovery for companies with programs in the clinic. Giles will discuss how the platform uses an ultra-high-throughput functional screen for CAR-T activity and how to obtain desired CAR-T clones to use directly into clinical experiments.
