Rachel has more than 15 years of experience in neurobehavioral science. She ensures high‑level performance of regulatory and non-regulatory contracted neurobehavioral ototoxicity studies, focusing on study management, communication, and fostering relationships with drug developers. Rachel is also working toward her PhD in biology at Western Michigan University, where she is specializing in inner ear biology. She has authored many auditory safety posters and articles.
