Clients who have chosen to outsource their colony management with us maintain a real-time connection to their projects with Internet Colony Management (ICM™), an online portal to our custom-designed software platform for project and vivarium management. Tablet computers and RFID capture data and colony information on demand, providing instant visibility, communication with Charles River staff and control of all program activities.

As an industry-leading CRO, we are also able to provide integrated in-house drug discovery services for a seamless transition between research that employs these genetically engineered models and the further development of promising compounds.

The Charles River Accelerator and Development Lab (CRADL®) is our new option providing turnkey vivarium rental space in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. This centrally located laboratory allows clients to invest in their research projects instead of infrastructure, without compromising on the quality of their workspace or equipment. Managed by our skilled technicians, animals receive the best in care in secure, modern, compliant facilities.
