In this study, significant differences in some hematology, coagulation, and clinical pathology parameters were identified when comparing juvenile and adult GPs. In addition, histopathologic findings unique to GPs (juvenile and adult; compare to other commonly used animal species) and only to adult GPs (compare to juvenile GPs) were also identified. These results will aid in the planning and accurate interpretation for future nonclinical studies using GPs.
